Admission Procedure & Instructions to the Students

If you would like to study in the school in the heart of the city that focus on chaning the world for better to morrow, you’re choose in the right place. We do not use special formulas to select students. We look at every single applicant’s application, academic and personal, to select students who suit to our community with a full range of backgrounds.

Registration of New Students

  • Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of registration period.
  • Any supporting documents are not needed by the office while submitting the registration form.
  • Incomplete or illegible registration forms will be rejected.
  • Dates of test/interview will be given at the time of submission of registration form.
  • Registration fee is not refundable.

Admission Test/ Interview

  • There will be a written test for students seeking admission in class.
  • Only those candidates who qualify the written test will be called for an interview.
  • The syllabus for Admission Test will be provided along with prospectus.
  • List of selected students will be displayed on the School Notice Board & website at the specified time.
  • Selected students are to seek the admission at their specified time

Admission Formalities

  • Successful candidates will be required to deposit school fee by a specified date, failing which their admission will be cancelled.
  • Those students hailing from other states will have to submit their migration certificate along with counter signed TC.

Instructions to Students

  1. Students must reach the school at least five minutes before the assembly time, but who fails, disciplinary action will be taken against them.
  2. On their way to and from school, students are expected to behave in cultured and decent manner.
  3. Every step while in the campus the utmost hygiene got to maintained by one and all.
  4. The teacher will act as supreme authority in the class situation and the decision taken by him against any report of misbehavior in any class will be final.
  5. If the student(s) leaves school compound without the Principal's order or permission, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her
  6. Every student must bring his/her school diary everyday since it is a close link between the school administration and guardian.
  7. Any literature which is unrelated to school management is prohibited to bring.
  8. It is compulsory for all the students to wear the prescribed school uniform, but who fail to do so disciplinary action may be taken against them.
  9. Students availing of vehicle facility will have to bring their vehicle pass everyday.
  10. Pupils are responsible for safe custody of their books and belongings by having them neatly labelled.
  11. If the student is found adopting unfair means during examination, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
  12. For taking any examination/test student has to secure at least 75% attendance.
  13. Scholarship will be given according to Government norms.
  14. Re-Test/Examination is not possible in any circumstances.
  15. It is responsibility of the student to ensure the safety of school property.
  16. It is compulsory for at least one of the parents to attend all parent teacher meetings.
  17. Students who attend the school even for one day in any part of session, if wish to withdraw for any reason, will have to pay the full fee for that part of the session.
  18. All the issues regarding the institutes, a case can be sued only in the Court of Raebareli District.
  19. Although school respects the surpassing thoughts of parents /guardians and well wishers but simultaneously reserves its right to change the prospectus without any notice. Any modification as and when made, will be applicable to all the students
